This workshop will explore the true meaning of self-care and how to practice it when multi-responsibilities are already competing for your attention. Attendees will identify simple changes in their daily habits that refill their personal energy, identify areas in their life where boundaries need to be established and explore self-care practices that can easily fit in their busy schedule. Attendees will walk away with a clear and realistic self-care plan that will assist with combatting fatigue and exhaustion.
