Todd Walker
Walter Professor of Financial Economics @IU Department of Economics
Todd Walker is the Walter Professor of Financial Economics and director of the Center for Applied Economics and Policy Research at Indiana University. He is also a research professor at the Deutsche Bundesbank. Walker's research encompasses macroeconomics, econometrics, and finance. His research has been supported by the National Science Foundation and has been published in the American Economic Review, Econometrica, and the Review of Economic Studies, among other top journals. Walker received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Iowa and his B.A. from Miami University.
Margaret Jacobson, Ph.D. '20
Economist, Monetary Affairs Division @Federal Reserve Board
Margaret Jacobson completed her Ph.D. in economics in May 2020 at Indiana University, where she was a National Science Foundation Fellow. She will begin working as an economist in the monetary affairs division of the Federal Reserve Board next month. She earned a M.A. in economics from Indiana University in 2015 and a B.A. in economics and French from Oberlin College in 2011. She's presented her research at central banks around the world and has held various positions throughout the Federal Reserve System and the U.S. Government.
Gerhard Glomm
Professor and Chair @IU Department of Economics
Gerhard Glomm is chair of the IU Department of Economics. His research and teaching interests include macroeconomics, economic growth, income distribution, and political economy. He’s published papers in the European Economic Review, the International Economic Review, the Journal of Development Economics, and the Economics of Education Review, among many others, and he holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Minnesota.
